Internews seeks to hire a person with focused technical experience supporting freedom of expression that includes penetration testing, threat modeling, and/or digital security evaluation of tools and platforms (familiarity with management and reporting tools such as Dradis or Nexpose being a plus) as well as practical application/implementation of encryption using PGP.  Knowledge of privacy, censorship, circumvention and anonymity tools (such as VPNs, Psiphon and Tor) is also highly desirable.
