I think the most worrisome issue is that, any security vulnerability will
make direct personal information available to hackers. In other words,
password theft has no direct implciaiton to your persona, in contrast to
bodily information of the fingerprint. If hacked, this might be used for
ulterior purposess-- whatever those migth be (comitting a crime and then
leaving your fingerprints having used a 3d printer?)---which will be much
harder to 'disprove'. Whereas everyone knows passwords are easily hacked,
it might not be common knowledge that the same could occur with bodily
information.
Scary, if a viable scenario.
