[liberationtech] Meet the 'cowboy' in charge of the NSA

[Noah Shachtman]

Wired -- my old employer -- did publish a NSA story recently,
concentrating on Ft. Meade's new-ish offensive push. But I'm not sure
it was really a profile in the classic sense.
