Ghost is a new one that just opened up its github repos the other day. They are doing a hosted service but doing a self-hosted blog via it is pretty easy. It used Markdown and runs under node.js.

Subject: [liberationtech] A Static Website Generator fit for Tails
I would like to have the system within Tails. And Tails is rightfully fussy about messing around with configuration. So far I was checking jekyll, because GitHub uses it. It looks quite nice and quite clear. With good documentation. But looking on the requirements, one must install ruby, not sure if ruby comes in Tails, than a ruby package manager to install all libraries needed. Than python for the syntax highlighting. *So it should be something simple from a dependency standpoint.* Just unzip the files, give it the site source folder and let it make the site files, which I am going to sync with the server myself.
