Nextgov Bold Award Nomination
The Nextgov Bold Awards will recognize those who have implemented 
innovative ideas for deploying technology to make government work better. 
We’re looking for people who have implemented creative and smart programs, 
policies or management practices relying on technology. They have moved 
government in a new direction and in the process have contended with 
numerous risks to push their ideas through. 

This is your chance to get your colleague(s) and agency's success story 
recognized across the entire federal IT community! Following the 
nominations process, Nextgov's editorial team will select and announce 
finalists, who will then be profiled and showcased on Nextgov throughout 
the summer. Award winners will be announced at a special celebration event 
to be held at Nextgov Prime during October 14th-15th in Washington, D.C. 
There will also be a "People's Choice" award given based on voting by the 
Nextgov audience.

To nominate someone, tell us their story using the form below. Provide the 
details of how your nominee defied the odds, overcame obstacles, pushed his 
or her ideas through and made a genuine difference.

To nominate a team, please list a main point of contact as the nominee and 
then provide the other names (and as much contact information about them as 
you can) in the section "What did the nominee do?".

The deadline for nominations is Friday, May 17th.
