I'd point out the obvious issue of names and brand identity, even when not formally enunciated or applied, which is that trust is something that is cultivated over years and lost in seconds.

(Granted, part of the point of something like Tor is that it asks us to, uhm, trust but verify, but still….the caveats fall before the emptor's habits.)
