[liberationtech] Spanish ListServ

Though welcome, I think it is a bit premature....

If there's one lesson learned from this list is that it is worth trying to consult everyone  before taking an initiative such as forking the list. I would have asked the people involved and those at Stanford to see if they are willing to help.
