Dear
    Jens / LibTech-ers

I like the musical spirit of Jens proposed modulation scheme! I gather
it's possible to utilize musical harmonic as well as rhythmic theory and
the underlying relationship of Music to information theory.... to form the
foundation for a set of ear pleasing information coding and error
correction method... I think that may have been what mother nature had in
mind, when our neural nets were gifted with the ability to bootstrap
new speech coding methods from a taxonomy of underlying musical
understandings..

The real ticket here is when those doing the surveillance and attempting
to "break the code"...end up falling in love with the music...and thus end
up seeing the light regarding the need for the freedom's that true,
Information Theoretic, democracy will come to ultimately provide..

Oh, and before anyone notices, there is currently no way of telling
