Relatedly, is there any way to import/export OTR keys in any of the
OTR clients: Jitsi, Adium, Pidgin, Gibberbot, etc? Makes switching
between clients and devices difficult.

I know the Guardian Project has OTR File Converter but it currently
only converts to Gibberbot format:
