All I could think of while reading this was "Hey guys, let's combine
our utter incompetence at doing anything anywhere near proportionate
for anything regarding security policies and go cybercybercyber…"

I'm not mistaken if I read this as "Let's pool our resources for
surveillance infrastructure", am I?
