[liberationtech] tools for meta-data protection

Is there a list somewhere for software that gives a user more privacy regarding their meta-data?

If not then here's a three-pronged start:

1) Peer-reviewed, stable:

Note: Open Transactions is quite fascinating-- if I understand it correctly it would allow someone
to make a multi-signature Bitcoin transaction that puts coins in the control of a pool of Open
Transaction server operators, where m of n of them must agree in order to release the coins.
From that point on the user can make transactions through any open transaction server with
whatever level of control over their meta-data he/she desires, from pseudonymous accounts
to anonymous digital cash transactions with only a timestamp.  The server cannot steal the
funds nor forge signatures, and m pool members would need to collude in order to steal the funds.
