  Another good option is 1984, which is based in Iceland:

  Lots of people like PRQ (Sweden), but I found their interface to be
lacking.  They used to house The Pirate Bay, if you're into that sort of
thing.

  Bahnhof (Sweden) is housed in a Cold War bunker built inside a mountain.
But more importantly, they have good support: http://www.bahnhof.net/

Hopefully other people weigh in so we can get a solid list of hosting
recommendations/discussion.
