[liberationtech] The government is no longer the only party to win a matter in the FISA Court

Just posted on my G+ along with an appeal for everyone to send EFF money
now, assuming that this is the lead in to a series of big ugly dangerous
expensive legal fights.

Couldn't happen a more opportune week.  Silver linings, or savvy court
staff pushing it through for the sake of timing?  We may never know...
