[liberationtech] Prism, CEOs, NSLs

[Shava Nerad]

A few folks have expressed incredulity that a CEO could say, "We never
heard of it" when asked by a reporter about Prism.  I've seen apologia so
far that they might never have heard the code name.

Another possible explanation:

Could this be the only way the CEO could have of indicating they are under
NSL gag order?

Just a thought.
