[liberationtech] Resources on electronic voting

To add some context; Swedish govt currently has a proposal regarding electronic voting, and are looking for comments in it. What I'm looking for is therefor not examples of e-voting solutions but rather comments, research and overall information about how to regard e-voting from a technical perspective.
