This may be true, but what is undeniable is that this guy is a bit braggart... I mean, yes, they may have tons of 0days, but in which software? In my aunt's software perhaps... But if government is paying 100k for an iOS 0day [cite needed] what are you telling me... ? 
I suppose it's a partial truth.
