Dear Niki Kunene,

May I just ask for the definition of the word ORGANISATIONAL in
*“Organizational
ICT Issues in Developing Economies”*
Does the word include organisations as, for example, in a particular
culture, a particular geographical region (i.e., a number of countries in a
particular region), a particular group of intended ICT users, a particular
continent (e.g., Africa), etc; or the word is focused on organisation in
terms of a company or a business?
Secondly, I have just come across this advert and I notice that the
deadline is around the corner. Is it possible to ask for an extension of 10
days beyond the deadline?
