Sorry, I thought it was obviously useful for improving opsec
of persons of interest. Perhaps my criteria of relevance are
at odds with some people on this list. On the other hand, only
one person suggested I should stop. The reasoning that one
could just read everything obviously doesn't apply for most
people.
