Hello,

With an emphasis on the part of liberation technology that seeks to empower the poor (and maybe increasingly, the middle class) and encourage economic development…

If you are sick of paying credit and debit card fees and you happen to live in California, I could really use some help fighting the financial lobby.

I do have a financial stake in the issue (which pertains to financial regulation), but (A) to some extent we all do, and (B) I'd be on the side opposite the financial lobbyists, regardless. This affects all of us at Stanford and nationwide every time we swipe a plastic card to pay for something.
