[liberationtech] Do Not Track Dangerous and Ineffective

Dear Nadim,

"X considered dangerous" is a Liberationtech meme.

At least on the European side there is a an opportunity to make such
"recognised technical specifications" (1025/2012) from consortia legally
enforcable. After all the whole purpose of DNT is to preempt actual
regulation. If Y does not comply it depends on jurisdictions to force
them into compliance. Added "teeth".

I don't believe in the black-white views of the crypto church. Thanks to
cosmic background radiation difficult to find "black" on earth. But that
does not mean we should not have a preference for a darker grey or
building blocks.

Laws aren't perfect tools but set the scene:

Without "clamping points" it's very difficult to achieve more.
