Well, what if this was a site in the SafeBrowsing list (rather than an
IP block being blocked)? At least in that case there would be some big
"malicious blah" notice that the browser would throw up; my point is
just that there are uses for this kind of thing that are pro-user and
at least a bit more clear as to the nature of the block. This one
sounds a bit cryptic, though.
