A friend has told me the /24 is BGP blackholed because of abuse. I
trust him, but I'd like to find some way to verify this experimentally
and detect the blocking and precise blocking point nonetheless for
future cases. I haven't had time to run OONI - I'm hoping to, but I'm
also relying on the good graces of similarly busy people. I also
confess to only having a high level understanding of BGP, yours seems
much deeper.
