[liberationtech] List of US ISPs blocking http://dee.su/

For those of you interested...

After a bit of research, it appears that http://dee.su/ is being blocked on
mobile and DSL internet providers AT&T and Verizon.

It is NOT being blocked on Clear, Comcast, or Tmobile.

Using either Psiphon or Tor, I'm able to access http://dee.su without issue
via AT&T 3G service.

It would be great if anyone else wanted to contribute to this list.
Regarding ooni-probe, I'd be happy to run it, but as far as I can tell it
has to be compiled before running, as I don't see a complete tool available
for download. I'm happy to look into that, but its a level of difficulty
I'll not get to this week.
