[liberationtech] needed--presenter on human rights

Greetings. I am a researcher who has done some work on Tor; and has
interacted as an archive-searching lurker.

However, I want to forward this request from a public education teacher who
wants the students to  understand human rights on the internet. If anyone
would consider skying in to address issues of human rights and the net,
please reply to Mark Trotter above.
