[liberationtech] US State Department comments on Internet Shutdown

André,
   Unfortunately that is based on what the State Department will label
'intelligence sources', so the details will be sparse.
   I have feelers out within the Intelligence Community.  1 - Any
responses I get will be unofficial.  2 - "No comment" will be the
official response.
