It took longer than we thought, but it is now live!

A group of students and I just put up a 2012 Presidential Election
Prediction Site:

http://predict.stanford.edu providing the distribution of electoral votes
for the candidates.  It uses simple probability model: from state-by-state
polling data to state-by-state win probability to the electoral vote
distribution.  Background information is provided on the site, from its
birth to team members to methodology.

The race is not as tight as it is *pundited* to be: Obama has a 4-1 edge as
of today.  However, as Yogi Berra would say, *It ain't over until it's
over.  *We will be providing at least a daily update till election day as
well as some random commentary.

Feel free to share it with friends and family.
