on how to evaluate the impact of ICT programs by the Open Development
Technology Alliance (ODTA <http://www.opendta.org/>), in collaboration with
the World Bank's OPCS' Governance and Anticorruption Team

and the Social Development Network (SDV <http://go.worldbank.org/8WWCZQW5Q0>).
