[liberationtech] Peter Theil On Arab spring

I think this is partially true. In some ways, the decision to use corn as a
biofuel additive in the U.S. may have had more of an impact on the Arab
Spring than Twitter and Facebook.

But these factors all work together so it's impossible to really extricate
them, in my uninformed opinion. Curious what others thoughts are.
