A purdah/hijab would do nicely (but asks for vitamin D supplementation). 
At least, until olfactoric fingerprints become feasible (unlike Stasi,
digital storage doesn't decay). Then, rentable telepresence systems which 
are controlled via an anonymizing network.

Useless against systems which scan geometry directly.

Kidding aside, these are layer 9/10 problems, hence not fixable
by technology.
