[liberationtech] Anyone attending HOPE?

I will be at HOPE sporadically this weekend.  

My talk is at 5pm on Sunday.  It's a general talk about how we might
improve the landscape for circumvention tools.  It won't contain news to
anybody on this list, but could be of use to people that care about our
issues without following them daily.
