Hi All,
Ian Glazer, a security researcher, made the case this morning that DNS
filtering would result in unintended consequences with federated ID systems
such as proposed in NSTIC. Because your online identity could be
disappeared when a domain blocked a user could find themselves unable to
use services unrelated to a website that was claimed to be infringing. I
was curious on folks thoughts on both NSTIC, but also other potential
dangers of mucking with DNS as proposed in SOPA and Protect IP
