Okay, just to clarify: you do mean Noisetor, which a service that runs
exit relays in return for donations, rather than just running a middle
relay or bridge at your space?

The latter is something that is pretty easy to do, and well-documented
elsewhere. 

Questions about the Noisetor project are better directed at the
organizers directly. The finances and operation is pretty open
(deliberately so), and you can ask either on the main list

I don't think there's anybody on libtech who is particularly heavily
involved in Noisetor. If you need an intro to any of the folks who are,
I'd be happy to help out.

In terms of impact on the space, Noisebridgers have ended up having a
couple of confusing (but fairly easily rectified) visits and
conversations with law enforcement. I think that's mainly due to unclear
WHOIS info pointing them to the space, rather than the node
administrators. There's definitely an opportunity here for a Best
Practices doc to avoid this kind of thing.
