If Julian were optimizing for leaks, Joe Six Pack would not know his name.

The fact that j6p *does* know his name shows that Julian is optimizing for 
something other than leaks.

There is much more to be said about this, but I don't want the primary 
point to be lost in the noise:  Julian is not doing this for you, or for 
us, or for the world, or anything like that.
