[liberationtech] Concept for takedown-resistant publishing

The list doesn't allow embedded images in messages, so the content filter
will sometimes flag some messages and not send them to the list.  Here's

What about decentralized/distributed namecoin, it can be used for storing of
any pair of name/value (not only DNS records).
