  Happy to sign the letter, and I certainly think it's timely.  An ongoing
issue is that some activists just don't realize the risks involved in using
Skype, or what the concerns of the privacy/security community are.

  Though just to echo what others have said, maybe deadline it in January.
 America is a country where even atheists take off for the holidays. ;-)
