[liberationtech] Cryptocat Censored in China

Philipp,
Where are you testing from? According to GreatFire.org, both websites are
being blocked via throttling. The same site also reported that
crypto.cat(the main server) was censored on September 6, although this
was luckily
circumvented when we switched to a new IP on September 27.
