[liberationtech] Renesys: Syrian Internet Is Off The Air

It's worth noting that as the Internet has returned to Syria, we've seen
renewed campaigns from the same networks in Syrian IP space that Renesys
mentioned as being implicated in malware delivery. Details can be found in
