[liberationtech] Looking feedback on a paper regarding the shutdown of internet in Syria

Dear colleagues,

I would welcome your feedback on a working paper my colleague Jean Camp and
I  have about keeping folks online during repressive regimes.

This paper does cover deep packet inspection, and some other technical and
policy solutions.

We look at Syria, Libya, Egypt, the Sudan, and Uganda.
