It uses the Geolocation API to locate the user and place them on a map relative to the known location of tracking cameras.

However, it's not clear who is behind the site. Press reports name Jon Gales, who may be on the list but isn't identified on the site itself.

I haven't looked to see if the location of the user is sent to the site. I don't know if anyone has audited this tool.
