Would you like to make the Liberationtech archives public or private?

The archives should be public. If information is being sent to the list
that could potentially cause the death of others, that information is
being grossly mishandled if present on this mailing list as it should
not be visible on any list that is open to all to join. Use of
appropriate tools let alone appropriate communications channels is
highly advised in those circumstances.

Should reply-to's be sent to the entire list or the individual sender?

This is hardly a high-traffic list. It also defeats the point of having
a discussion list when replies are only sent to the originating poster
as that prevents there being any discussion. There already is a
platform for posting-only and not worrying about replies though it does
restrict you to 140 characters and has interesting periods of systems
failure.

Should we reduce or eliminate the list-email signature text?

Leave it as-is.

17, 2012. Changes to mailing list guidelines will occur shortly thereafter.

we would also allow automatic, real-time mirroring of the list. Easiest
to do for simplicity and transparency's sake. Mailing list guidelines
