Well, for starters, to the best of my knowledge (and I've used UltraSurf in
CN), nothing that UltraSurf blocks is blocked by CN's "great firewall." If
one's in CN and using UltraSurf, it's generally to circumvent CN's GFW .
which it accomplishes (including right now). So the "UltraSurf blocks some
things which CN doesn't" point is moot. FWIW.
