[liberationtech] Iran "National Internet" RFP?

I would be interested in seeing this as well.

The recent press reports around Iran's plans for a national information network appear to repeat an article that was published last year on a website in time for the Iranian version of "april fools day". While it's reasonably clear that the Iranians have increased their capability to impose granular filtering on the national Internet, and have made fairly clear statements about the building of national Internet resources, it appears highly improbable that they possess the willingness or the capability to build a disconnected national intranet.

That said, if anyone can track down this RFP please post it to the list.
