[liberationtech] Visualisation of Wikileaks cables

A piece of code was posted on Github that allows you to build graphs
showing the relations between the cables that were now also released by
wikileaks:

The Twitter account https://twitter.com/#!/c2graph posts code (updates)
and some graphs made with the code, e.g. showing cables that refer to
certain regions, cities, or topics (there are now graphs for Jerusalem,
the avian influenza, the Copenhagen accord, the Iranian missile program
and more). You can also see which cables are referred to that are not
part of cables.csv, apparently cables that have a higher classification.

If you're into reading the cables it definitely helps finding things.
