[liberationtech] firsthand circumvention technology usage

My understanding is that the writers are interested in connecting with
people on the ground for anecdotes and quotes on the usefulness of
circumvention tools in street mobilization. Also, I don't believe they
are trying to rehash the long-dead efficacy argument (and obviously
they are less interested in the West). Rather, it seems the authors'
focus is to explore the options outside of traditional circumvention.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure there are a lot of individuals on this
list in hostile environments but I do believe the intent of article
aligns with the interest of this group.
