Let's just get some things straight.  When the 50centers do this, it's
bad.  When the Americans do this, it's good.  When the Iranian cyberarmy
does this it's bad.  When the Americans do this, it's good.  Got it?

The USG could have saved $10m or so and just used Tor and some
teenagers.  I mean, at least build upon what other countries are doing
here, rather than trying to reinvent the wheel and buy some automated
snakeoil.
