the progressive coalition that sometimes constrain the ability or
willingness to embrace an entrepreneurship agenda.

"Each essay presents compelling insights and specific prescriptions about
how to reform or draft new policies that will promote entrepreneurship in
America," said Robert Litan, vice president of research and policy at the
