[liberationtech] How are Facebook pages or ... being used in Egypt's elections?

If some key Facebook pages played an important public space information
sharing role nationally in Egypt last spring, what about regionally or by
parliamentary districts?

Or are other online spaces emerging where parties/candidates and their
supporters engage in debate or information exchange among voters from the
same area with the same candidates to choose from?

Is the use of social media scaling locally in a political sense and is
anyone playing a more neutral promote political competition with
transparency role?

Thank,
Steven Clift
