Dear Liberation Technology Colleagues:

My esteemed client, the CTK Foundation, has just launched a grant
program specifically for NGOs in Australia and New Zealand.  Full

I'm hoping that you'll help me spread the word among NGOs in New
Zealand and Australia.

Unrestricted grants, given by an foundation that loves to help
mission-based organization extend their reach through strategic use of
ICT, are pretty unusual.  Grant applications that require a short poem
rather than a lot of long, boring narrative statements and
spreadsheets are even rarer. I'm hoping that you'll share my eagerness
to get the word out.
