[liberationtech] Egyptian web traffic stopped

So, OpenMesh might be a relevant forum with some good ideas
or people looking for good ideas. They're brainstorming ideas for peer to
peer networks, ad hoc networks, and even transferring information over
bluetooth.
It just started so I'm sure there are more established forums
(liberationtech comes to mind),
but anything to avoid a govt dissolving internet access overnight.
