[liberationtech] Facebook and Twitter Blocked in Egypt?

Hi Walid,

I confirmed (through friends in Cairo) yesterday by noon that Twitter was
blocked; Twitter confirmed the block last night around 6pm.

I haven't received confirmations on Facebook yet.
